TRX Functional Training

Low-impact, total-body strength + mobility using TRX Straps and TRX Rip Trainer. Circuit format trains multiple planes of motion so you get strong without heavy external loads.

Format: Circuit • 45 min • cap 15

Impact: Low

Focus: Posture, joint-friendly strength, mobility

Ideal for: Anyone wanting full-body strength with minimal joint stress

Strength & Conditioning

Build muscle and conditioning with a smart mix of kettlebells, medicine balls, TRX, plyometrics, and intervals. Expect more impact than TRX Functional, with close coaching on biomechanics and posture.

Format: Blocks & circuits • 45 min • cap 15

Impact: Moderate (some higher-impact options)

Focus: Strength, power, VO₂/conditioning, athleticism

Ideal for: Intermediate trainees ready to lift and sweat—safely

Core • Mobility • Flexibility (CMF)

Controlled movement, breath-work, dynamic mobility, and core/balance to improve posture and stability. Perfect as a recovery or technique day to support your strength work.

Format: Guided flow • 45 min • cap 15

Impact: Very low

Focus: Core control, mobility, balance, breathing mechanics

Ideal for: All levels; great reset day
