Our main focus is on One-on-One personal training, however, we do offer One-on-Two (semi-private) training as well for clients who want to work out with a friend or family member.

We do not. Our boutique studio only offers personal training by appointment.
No, you don’t have to be fit to start your fitness journey. We will teach you everything from the fundamentals of fitness all the way to specific training based on the goal you have and want to achieve.
Yes! To all new clients, we offer a complimentary 50-minute fitness assessment session that contains
-full body compression scan
-Movement and alignment assessment
-Range of motion assessment
-strength /endurance/balance assessment
The first step is to sign-up for your 1st complimentary assessment session with our head coach. This appointment can be booked by submitting a form on our website or by contacting the studio directly. Once your assessment has been completed, our coach will then offer and recommend the best program for reaching your goal and from there the onboard processing will take place by our admin.
Our fitness programs are offered in 3, 6 & 12-month commitment lengths. We believe it takes a minimum of 3 months for clients to truly start seeing the results. The length of the program you chose depends on a number of factors such as your fitness goal, current fitness level, any physical injuries or limitations, personal schedule, and budget. During your consultation appointment, our head coach will recommend the best program and time length based on all the factors above. Our mission is to sell lasting solutions, not sessions!

Yes. There are 5 parking spaces available for clients to use in the back of the studio
We do have a designated area that clients can use for changing into their workout attire
