Return Guidelines
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
Please include your original order number with your return. If you can’t locate it, reach out to us at www.pure-function.com and we’ll gladly assist you in retrieving it.
Only items purchased directly from www.pure-function.com are eligible for return. Products purchased through third-party retailers must be returned in line with their specific return policies.

Product Condition
If your item has been used or opened, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all cords, accessories, and documentation included.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, our accounting team will initiate your refund within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation sent to the address associated with your order, detailing the amount refunded.

The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be applied to the original payment card.
PayPal or Other Digital Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original account.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
