Group Classes: a simple way to get strong, stay safe, and feel like you belong

The Group Advantage

You’ve got a career, a calendar, and exactly zero interest in wandering a gym hoping a machine tells you what to do. Group classes solve that. Walk in, get greeted by a coach who knows your name, and get a plan that fits today. We keep classes small, the coaching clear, and the wins obvious

A good class gives you three things most people don’t have on their own: a plan, a coach, and a crew.

  • A plan so you don’t waste time guessing. Your week finds a rhythm: strength one day, conditioning/core another, mobility to keep you moving well.

  • A coach so you’re not wondering if your back is supposed to feel like that. We fix little things early, before they turn into big things.

  • A crew so showing up is easier. You recognize faces. Someone laughs at your joke about squats. You aren’t just “working out”; you’re in it together.

Clients usually notice three wins within a few weeks: “I feel stronger,” “my clothes fit better,” and “I actually look forward to class.” When you enjoy the process, results stick.

The Game Plan

We keep it focused so you can get better at the basics that actually matter.

TRX Functional
TRX is a suspension strap, but what it really is: an honesty tool. If your core isn’t bracing, it tells on you. If your shoulders are doing too much, it tells on you. Intensity scales with a simple foot step, so it’s beginner-friendly and athlete-approved. Expect rows, presses, hinges, single-leg balance, and a lot of “oh wow, I didn’t know that muscle existed.”

Strength & Conditioning
Build the engine and the frame. Squats, hinges, presses, and carries that paired with short finishers that raise your heart rate without wrecking your week. We teach tempo, breathing, and smart progressions. The goal isn’t to crawl to your car; it’s to leave proud, not punished.

Core • Flexibility • Mobility
Your durability day. We train the stuff that makes everything else feel better: core position, hip and thoracic mobility, breath work, and the small moves that keep shoulders and knees happy. You’ll sit better at your desk and move better in your next class.

So… What Actually Happens on Day One?

  1. Check-in & overview (5 min): Share goals and any cranky joints. Coach previews the plan and movement standards.

  2. Warm-up (8–10 min): Light cardio, mobility, and activation tailored to the workout.

  3. Technique practice (5–8 min): Clear demos in plain English, plus practice reps with easier/harder options.

  4. Main work (25–30 min): Strength sets or a circuit, scaled to your level, load, tempo, and range adjusted for you.

  5. Finisher (5–8 min): Short, focused burst for conditioning or core.

  6. Cool-down (5 min): Guided mobility and breathing so you leave feeling better than you arrived.

Class size: intentionally small so we can actually coach you, not just count reps.

“I’m worried I’ll look lost… or get hurt.”

Fair concern. No gym can reduce risk to zero, and feeling unsure is part of learning anything new. What we can do is stack the deck in your favor so confidence and capacity.

  • We teach first, then train. You’ll practice movements with coaching before any timer starts.

  • We always offer options. Every exercise has easier and harder versions so you can match today’s energy, joints, and experience.

  • We progress on purpose. Loads, ranges of motion, and tempo advance gradually that are enough to make gains, not strain.

  • We keep classes small. More eyes on your form means earlier feedback and fewer “am I doing this right?” moments.

  • We welcome questions. If something feels off, you say it, we adjust.

You’ll still have new-skill wobbles and the occasional “whoa, I feel that” muscle soreness. That’s normal. Our job is to guide, scale, and coach so those moments become stepping stones.

Who tends to thrive here

  • New gym-goers who want confidence without the ego.

  • Busy professionals who need efficient sessions that make sense.

  • Anyone chasing strength + fat loss with a sustainable approach.

How to start
